13th June 2025: 2025 AGM on 2 July 2025
The AGM will be held on-line at 7:30 pm on Wednesday 2nd July 2025. The meeting is open to all members of EAOA affiliated clubs, who can attend and vote. Anyone intending to stand for one of the key official positions (Chair, Treasurer, and Secretary) must inform the secretary by email in advance (paulandbarbara1 AT btinternet.com). Submissions for motions to be discussed at the meeting must be sent in advance to the Secretary to arrive a minimum of two weeks before the meeting.
Anyone wishing to attend the meeting can obtain the meeting link on request to the Secretary or the Chair (peterwaocwoods AT gmail,com).
